We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ourpaintednest21@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you must pay for shipping for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges (original and return) are customers responsibility the painted nest does not pay for return shipping.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
We do not offer cash back or return to credit or debit card. All returns are credited as store credit. You can choose in store credit or as account credit through our app.
Once your return is processed we will reach out and account credit will be issued.
Please note you will need to create an account with out app so we can add your credit,
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, We can only refund in the form of store credit or comment sold credits. WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR CARD.
